Hello! I’m so glad you are here. My name is Mary. I am a yoga teacher, orthopedic massage therapist, and certified Roll Model Method teacher based in Massachusetts.

I’ve spent the past decade learning, practicing and teaching many different healing arts. It started as a way to help myself manage two chronic illnesses, but it has turned into my life’s work. (Read more about me here.)
